RPCC Wathora beat Kashmir Knights by 9 wickets
Sopore, May 14: In the ongoing Wular Premier League which is being played at sports Stadium Tarzoo a scheduled match was played between two strong teams RPCC wathora and Kashmir Knights Sozeith, in which RPCC defeats Kashmir Knights by 9 wickets.
Earlier toss won by RPCC and they invited Kashmir knights for batting, KK batting first couldn’t post a big total in front of Strong batting line-up of RPCC who have most Ranji Trophy cricketers in the squard, KK managed only 144 runs in which Lateef scored highest 42 and Hyder Ali made quick fire 38 runs for KK.
For RPCC Amir Aziz, Riyaz Ahmad and Fasil Dar took 2 wickets each.
In reply RPCC chased the target easily losing only one wicket, Muzamil played a brilliant knock of 85 runs not out and Riyaz Peer the captain and Owner of the team contributed 18 runs on other side and RPCC won the match by 9 wickets.
For KK Rafiq Baba took the wicket.
Muzamil who played a winning 85 runs knock was declared Player of the match and on the MOM ceremony Gh. Ahmad Rather was the chief guest and he presented the award to Muzamil.
