Police chief presents Rangil Singh award to International Cyclist of J&K Bilal Ahmad
J&K’s International Cyclist Bilal gets Rangil Singh award
Jammu, June 12: Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association awarded Rangil Singh award to the 18 outstanding sports persons of Jammu and Kashmir for the year 2017-18.
The award function was held in Jammu yesterday.
Director General of Jammu and Kashmir Police, Dilbag Singh was the chief guest on this occasion and he distributed the awards among the awardees.
The award carries Rs 21,000 and Rs 15,000 cash, memento and a certificate of honour.
