Inter School Kabbadi, Kho Kho & Volleyball Tournaments concluded in Zone Bijbehara

Inter School Zonal Level competitions organized by the Zonal Physical Education Officer Bijbehara in the discipline of Kabbadi, Kho Kho & Volleyball for U-14 & U-17 boys concluded today sucessfully at Govt. Boys Higher Secondary School Bijbehara.
On the concluding day almost 120 students from High and Higher Secondary Schools participated in Kho Kho, Kabbadi and Volleyball competitions with zest and zeal.
On the concluding ceremony Principal BHSS Bijbehara Nasreena Akhter was the chief guest who distributed trophies among the winners and runner up teams. While speaking on the occasion, Nasreena Akhter said that the basic motive behind the organisation of such competitions is the over all development of students and also to keep them away from the drugs. She further praised Department of Youth Services and Sports Zone Bijbehara for organising such events for the welfare of the students.
Finally in U-14 Kho Kho Competitions Oxford School Bijbehara emerged as winner and HS Gundpora Jablipora emerged as Runner up. In Kabbadi MS Darigund emerged as winner and BMS HP Tawaila emerged as Runner up. In Volleyball MS Semthan emerged as Winner and Public School Bijbehara emerged as Runner up.
While in U-17, Kho Kho Competitions HS Jablipora emerged as winner and HSS Marhama emerged as Runner up. In Kabbadi Public School Bijbehara emerged as winner and Rehmat Alam GB Khalil emerged as Runner up. In Volleyball BHSS Bijbehara emerged as Winner and HSS Marhama emerged as Runner up.
