FCC Wanigam claim massive 9 wickets victory over Challengers CC
Tarzoo, June 18: FCC Wanigam defeated Challengers Cricket Club by nine wickets in the on going Wular Premier League here at Sheikh-ul-Aalam ground Tarzoo on Tuesday.
Earlier, Challengers CC won the toss and decided to bat first, while batting first CCC team was bundled out on 107 runs in the allotted 20 overs, for them Abisheikh scored 29 runs was the highest scorer while as Arfat made 13,and set 108 runs target for strong FCC team.
For FCC Wanigam Shiob was the highest wicket taker, he took 3 wickets.
In reply FCC Wanigam chase down the target very comfortably in the 11th over of the match for the loss of only 1 wicket, captain Irfaq made 31 runs and Sameer contributed 27 runs. FCC Wanigam won the match by 9 wickets. For Challengers Kounser was the lone wicket taker.
Shiob Ahmad was declared man the match for his brilliant bowling spell, in which he took 3 wickets.
