Umar Farooq got 5th place in Asian bodybuilding championship.
Srinagar bodybuilding player Umar farooq secured fifth place in the 23rd Asian bodybuilding and fitness championship which was held at bangkok (thailand) on 18 of December this is for the first time in bodybuilding history that a Jk player secured fifth place in such a big event.
Other countries who part in this Mega Championship including India were Pakistan, Iran, Srilanka and cumbodia. In this championship 126 players took part in the Championship. Umar Farooq who is from Goji Bagh srinagar got the 5th position in below 85 kg category.
