Veerian Cricket Academy defeated Kanelwon Sports by 65 runs in the Quarterfinal match of the ongoing Rose Bowl Challengers Trophy underway at Awami Stadium Aakura Mattan Anantnag.
While batting first Veerian Cricket Academy set the target of 194 runs in the allotted 20 overs, Faisal Rather hits brilliant 91 runs.
In reply, the Kanelwon Sports failed to chase the target and collapsed on the score of 128 runs. Thus, Veerian Cricket Academy emerged as the winner in this match and qualified for the tournament’s semi-final stage.
In the end, Faisal Rather was adjudged as player of the match for his brilliant 91 runs with the bat and one wicket with the ball.
