Annual General Council-2022-23 & Election Report
Annual General Council of all the members and office bearers of the J&K Carrom Association was held today on 4th March 2023 at Hotel Standard Amira Kadal Lal Chowk, Srinagar. The meeting was held under the supervision of newly appointed president of the association Mr. Adil Rashid Shah The president revived and ordered to develop the Strength, Stamina and physical fitness of J&K Carrom Association. How to boost the game of Carrom in the districts & UT of the J&K was also discussed. District Units of the association were asked to conduct the local tournaments in all the districts, so that the talent come to the surface & prove their mettle in the National level tournaments.

Mr. Rauf Tramboo, Former Member J&K Sports Council attended the election as Observer & Ms. Mehak Mehboob Khan as Returning Officer of the Election.
Further the President informed the house that the association is also lacking technical experts in the J&K UT for the coaching of players and it was decided that All India Carrom Federation and the J&K Sports Council be approached.
