District Level Athletic Meet gets underway
The District Level Inter-Zonal Athletic Meet for girls all age groups, being organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports District Jammu got underway at Khel Gaon Nagrota, near here today.
Over 200 female athletes drawn from all 14 zones of District Jammu are taking part in this competition.
Earlier, the competitions were declared open by Suram Chand Sharma, Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu in the presence of Sukhdev Raj Sharma, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Jammu.
The completions are being held under the chairmanship of Director Youth Services and Sports, Subash Chander Chibber and under the overall supervision of Activity Incharge of District Youth Services and Sports Office Jammu.
