Dadoo Rangers Kashmir wins final clash to lift maiden BPL title
Valley’s own Bailey sealed the deal and bagged man of the match.
In the wee hours of the Sunday Banihal Premier League final match was played between Banihal Bulls and Dadoo Rangers Kashmir.
Dadoo Rangers Kashmir won the toss and elected to bat first. Dadoos started with an aggressive pair of Nasir and Guldon. Nasir launched very big in the first over, after that there was no look back, and Bailey walked in at 3 and took charge of inning no.1 with a stylish stroke play, he scored a century and set the formidable stand for others to come in and enjoy their batting as Dadoo Rangers closed in on 225 from their allotted 20 overs.
In reply, Banihal Bulls couldn’t set standards high as they succumbed to pressure the end got bundled out on a paltry 125 runs. Thus Bulls remained 101 runs short of the given target by Dadoos.
Nasir Ganie was declared player of the final match, he scored a brilliant century. Nasir Kumar was declared the best batter and player of the tournament for his brilliant performance in the whole tournament.
This match was witnessed by tens of thousands, and the fans were cheering for their respective sides till the end.
This special occasion was graced by the dynamic lady Secretary of J&K Sports Council, Miss Nuzhat Gul, Principal BHSS Banihal, and other politicians.

The champion team, Dadoo Rangers, received 2.5 lac, and the second-best team, Banihal Bulls was awarded 75k.
